About the Webshop

1 – Delivery

• Order with SLS parts only): 3 days of production plus shipping.
• Conventional Order no more than 3 or 4 products: Depending on the stock, we will try to be 3 or 4 days + shipping.
• Large Orders or complete kits: 6 business days + shipping.

We have agreements with various carriers, so that shipments are ranging from 3 days to 5 depending on distance and the carrier. Always enclose tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment
For customers in Spain have a service delivery MRW on a weekday.
If you’re in a country for which we have no delivery option, please contact us in info@reprapbcn.com and we will look for a  transport and delivery for your case.
 

2 – Prices and Payments

We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method. If you are in Spain and want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at info@reprapbcn.com
 

3 – Guarantees

Our products have been tested before putting them on sale, so the designs and materials are tested to work properly. Despite this, we have no official guarantee or give any guarantee about their performance. We try to do our job and if anything is missing or gets broken and it is proved that the client is not related, we will try to replace it.
In this sense, we will accept any questions about our products, but we have no obligation to respond immediately to all.
We are preparing documentation to assemble the machines that will be available on the web, and we hope you would solve your doubts and problems.
 

4 – Material

Our material is tested in our own machines. We have no problem with it, more than the typical problems that may exist by the nature of the machine. We control the quality of the material we deliver to be printable, but not to fit each of our client machines. So, be careful when you print with our material.
